The hotel is conveniently located near the central pier and tower, just a street away from the lively promenade, offering a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. The rooms, while equipped with a kettle, lacked adequate air conditioning and felt slightly cramped. The service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff, especially towards families, added a personal touch to our stay.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and came with nice extras like a fan and bottled water. However, it was a bit cold as the central heating wasn't used. The manager was incredibly kind and even gave us a lovely present each upon leaving. I would definitely recommend this place and return for another stay.

The hotel was lovely and clean with everything we needed catered for, just across from the tower and offering a quiet area close to all amenities. The rooms were extremely clean, separate for privacy, and daily essentials were provided. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and in a peaceful area. The dining experience was good, offering a great selection. Overall, a very satisfying stay with superb value for money.
